CASE PRESENTATiON 2
A 57-year-old male patient, presented with a chief complaint of diastema with midline shifted, mild crowding with Class I canine and molar
relationship which require restorative treatment post orthodontics.
Treatment Approach
On the upper arch, diastema was planned to be closed by bodily movement with retraction of upper central incisors. Lower crowding was to be
resolved with the use of 0.3mm of IPR and minimal expansion. Optimized Extrusion attachment was applied on 1.3 and Optimized Rotation on
2.3 , 3.3 and 4.3 for rotation corrections.
