Treatment Approach
To correct open bite, anterior extrusion was planned for 1.1, 1.2, 2.1, 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, 4.1 and 4.2 by using Optimized Extrusion attachments Minimal
expansion along with 0.3mm of IPR was planned to resolve the crowding and Optimized Rotation attachments on 1.3, 2.3, 3.3 and 4.3 for rotation
corrections with leveling and aligning the curve of Spee.

Treatment Outcome
After orthodontic treatment with the Invisalign system, the patient’s concerns were successfully addressed, and all treatment objectives were
achieved. Invisalign aligners corrected the smile line, resolved crowding of anterior teeth with the open bite corrected with adequate extrusion of
lateral Incisors. As a result, an ideal occlusal harmony and functional occlusion were established.
