People should be aware of their illnesses and not
only going on what the doctor says without understanding anything. Nobody knows your body more than you do, so you can help it more than you know. This is just 101 biology on our cells and gene expression. The way genes adapt to different things and seasons is what causes some people to get sick easily and some not.
