Cardiovascular exercises are exercises that aren’t supposed to last long but they are supposed to
burn calories faster than aerobic exercises. Anaerobic exercises use energy that you have stored in your body already. Healthline: What you need to Know About Anaerobic Exercise? says “​Since aerobic exercise uses oxygen to produce energy, it can use both fat and glucose for fuel”. This is saying what anaerobic exercises do to the body and how it affects your body. Cardiovascular exercises also help with your breathing. Azcentral: What Part of the body Do Cardio Exercises Affect? Says “There are also benefits to the body’s respiratory system as your lungs become better at taking in oxygen for use by your muscles.” This is saying that cardiovascular exercises help you with your breathing, which allows for your muscles to help work better.

The advantage of cardiovascular exercise is that it helps your immune system and your muscles become firmer and get used to the exercises. Azcentral: What part of the body do cardio exercises affect? says “Cardio exercise stimulates your immune system, making you less susceptible to viral infections such as colds.” This is saying that doing cardio exercises builds your immune system making you less likely to get sick. It also says “Those muscles become firmer, and muscle enzymes become better at working at a low intensity for increasing duration of exercise.” This is saying that working out becomes easier the more you do it.
n addition, the disadvantages of aerobic exercises are that you might not get the body you want because it’s not directly working out your body. Connectus says “You could end up having an emaciated, hungry look, though you should have the powerful look of a sprinter”. This is saying that aerobic exercises don’t work out the body which most people would like to do. Another disadvantage is that if you are not a social person you might be afraid to do aerobic exercises because most aerobics are social. Connectus says “But if you
