 Aerobic vs Anaerobic: Which is Better?
Some people don’t know the difference between aerobic and anaerobic exercises. Others don’t know the purpose of doing different types of exercises. I’m here to explain the purposes, differences, the advantages and disadvantages of each.
T​o begin with, aerobic exercises are exercises that help with breathing better and regulating blood flow.

erobic exercises and cardiovascular exercises are very different types of exercises. Aerobic exercises are exercises that help with your breathing. Anaerobic/cardiovascular exercises help with building muscles. People who do these exercises are doing them for specific reasons. They do them to help breathe better or to gain muscle.
These exercises are for people who want to have better stamina and people who want to last longer doing other exercises or other physical activities. Aerobic exercise: Top 10 Reasons to get physical says “​You'll breathe faster and more deeply. This maximizes the amount of oxygen in your blood. Your heart will beat faster, which increases blood flow.​” This explains what Aerobic exercise does for the human body. The aerobic exercise says “​Aerobic ​exercise is the type of moderate-intensity physical activity that you can sustain for more than just a few minutes.” This is telling us what exactly
Aerobic exercise is.
