Badgers

Badgers is the preschool

room for children aged 3-5

year old. In this room we

focus on building children’s

independence, confidence

and self-esteem to help

them get ready for going to

school.

The room has a similar layout

to a reception classroom and

follows a more structured

routine. The room is divided

into different areas, including

a dedicated outdoor area and

all resources are accessible

independently.

We do free-flow snack in the

morning. We ensure all the

children wash their hands and

put their name on a tree, to

show they have eaten. They

are given healthy snacks to

choose from independently.
