type of resolution.
The most common seizure action I have seen occurred when a taxpayer was placed in CNC for several
years while their income was very low. Once they began making more money, the IRS hit their bank
account with a levy taking all of the money that was in the account.
CNC is a very good option when your financial situation does not allow you to make any payments to
the IRS, however once your situation changes, take steps to contact the IRS and attempt to negotiate a
different type of resolution to prevent seizure action.
