I know I beat up on the IRS a bit in this book, but the very best way to reach a favorable agreement with
the IRS is to negotiate with them in a respectful and courteous manner, but with firmness for what you
need to accomplish.
At the end of the day, they are simply people who are trying to do their job. They are not the bad guy,
they are just doing a job for the government to collect the money that you may or may not owe.
