P. 56
Ok, you have read this far. That tells me that you truly want to get your problem taken care of.
So, what are you waiting for?
Escape Your IRS Nightmare Today!
I have just told you how to solve your tax problems once and for all.
If you feel confident now and want to go it alone, I need to give you this piece of advice: Do not lie to
the IRS. They will find out if you are lying and you will be in even more trouble.
One more piece of advice – If the IRS begins asking you questions and digging into your personal
finances and you feel uncomfortable and are scared for any reason, you have the right to stop talking
with them and to tell them explicitly you don’t want to talk anymore. You have the right to tell them
you want to hire representation instead. They cannot force you to talk.
If they are asking you questions and you don’t know the answers for certain, it is perfectly fine to say:
“I don’t know”
“I’m not sure”
“I’ll need to check”
“I can’t remember”
“I don’t have that information”
Or anything else that is truthful. Don’t let the IRS force you into any answers that you are unsure about
because it could be used against you later to show that you lied to the IRS.
There are going to be some people who read this book and have been feeling sick to themselves
thinking about having to talk to the IRS and argue with them. The thought of having to prove your
financial situation to them may seem impossible.
Well don’t worry about it any longer. That is exactly why people hire a professional like me. I am
trained on effectively fighting the IRS for my clients!
We are VERY good at it, which is why we have become one of the largest tax resolution law firms in the
country!
