Michelle: Good morning, BAYADA Home Health Care. This is Michelle. How may I help you?
Barbara: Hi, I’m Barbara Hicks. My husband, Peter, is in Green Lane Rehab, recovering from a spinal cord injury. He’ll be discharged in a couple of weeks and will need home care. They recommended BAYADA. Can you help?
Michelle: Hi Mrs. Hicks. I’m so sorry to hear about your husband’s injury. How are you and Peter feeling about having home health care services?
Barbara: I’ve never had to deal with anything like this. Having people I don’t know in my home...how can I trust them to care for my husband and be in my home when I’m not there?
