f. Any member who being up to date with her financial
obliga on but does not however a end mee ngs, visits
and other CHFA ac vi es shall be treated as non ac ve
member but shall however be accorded financial rights
ONLY.
g. No financial obliga on shall be accorded indebted
Region, Synagogue or member un l such indebtedness is
cleared or are deducted from any en tlement accruing
them.
h. No Region and Synagogue is allowed to make a Bye-Law
EXCEPT Groups and Unions at the Na onal level with the
approval of the Central Execu ve Board.
I. Any defaulter of the above Ar cle 9.2. h shall pay a fine of
Twenty thousand (20,000) Naira Only.

9.3. ACTIVE MEMBER
a. An ac ve member of CHFA shall have official a en on in
terms of prayers, visit and cash gi s in the event of any
need.
b. In the case of child birth, selected members shall pay the
member hospital and home visits which shall be taken
care by the synagogue level only.
c. In the event of the child of a member ge ng married,
Regional CHFA shall be involved, rendering assistance by
the way of cooking and other prepara ons.
d. CHFA shall accept other invita on given her by members
for varying events but shall not be bound to making cash
gi s or other item presenta on except the person
warran ng the occasion is a direct rela ve of the CHFA
member as in husband, son and daughter.
