b. All acts of disobedience or apparent neglect of any lawful
direc ve shall a ract a fine, as it is in Ar cle 10. 3. a.
c. Any breach of any provision of this By-Law shall a ract
fine as it is in Ar cle 10. 3. a.
d. i. Absence from General Assembly mee ng
without a wri en or genuine reason shall a ract
penalty of Two hundred (200) Naira.
ii. While absence from Central Execu ve Board
mee ng shall a ract the penalty of five hundred
(500) Naira.
iii. Absence from the Central Execu ve Board
mee ng for a period of three consecu ve mes,
without wri en or genuine reason shall a ract
REMOVAL from the Central Execu ve Board.
iv. Lateness to mee ng shall a ract a fine of Twenty
(20) Naira, a er one hour the defaulter of
lateness shall pay a fine of fi y (50) Naira.
e. Any false or unauthorized representa on in the
name of the Associa on shall a ract a fine as it is
in Ar cle 10. 3. a.
f. Any member found guilty of adultery shall pay a
fine as it is in Ar cle 10. 3. a.
g. If the daughter of a member is found guilty of
adultery and the daughter not a member of the
Associa on, if the mother is found to be aiding
and suppor ng her daughter in the offence, the
mother shall be suspended from all CHFA
ac vi es and benefits un l the case is resolved.
h. Any Regional or Synagogue Representa ve who
default by failing to pay in monies and dues paid
to her by members and which delays result in
