4. In the event of the winding up or dissolu on of the
Associa on there remains, a er sa sfac on of all debts
and liabili es any proper es whatsoever, the same shall
not be paid or distributed among the members but
transferred to some other ins tu on within the
Community having objec ve similar to the objec ve of
the Associa on and the body or bodies are Prohibited
from distribu ng its share of its income and property
amongst its or their members to an extent at least as
great as is imposed on the Associa on under the virtue of
the SPECIAL CLAUSE here of such ins tu ons to be
determined by member of the Associa on at or before
the me of dissolu on and if so far an effect cannot be
given to the afore said provision, then to some charitable
object.
