b. Any such office held by any officer, which is inconsistent
with any of the provisions of this Bye- Law shall be null
and void.
c. The said officer shall be answerable for any such act or
acts done in performance of any of the provisions of the
Bye-Law or beyond her power or authority.
11. 2. LOGO
a. The Associa on shall have a logo and the Associa on
flag.
b. All official documents to be executed by the Associa on
shall be on the official le er headed paper and shall be
binding on the Associa on provided.
c. The documents and ma ers therein are with the
knowledge and approval of the President, the Mother
General and that of at least five members of the Central
Execu ve Board.
11. 3.ENFORCEMENT AND SUPREMECY OF THE BYE-LAW.
This document on formal adop on by the general assembly of
CHFA and submission for ve ng and approval by the Governing
Council of the Community of HaShem Worldwide, shall be
enforced and remain supreme wherever Females of the
Community of HaShem Worldwide congregate.
11. 4. ENABLING STATUS OR BYE LAW.
a. The Central Execu ves shall make Bye-Law from me to
me towards the achievement of the objec ve of the
Associa on and realiza on of the provision of this Bye-
Laws
b. Each group, union or Region within the Associa on shall
also have power to draw up and adopt its rules and
