a empt to nullify a member's due rights shall pay
                          a fine of Twenty thousand (20,000) Naira.
                  i.      Figh ng in  public places, that is, market, buses,
                          synagogues,  the  High  Tabernacle,  Stage  and
                          Wilderness,  etc.  shall  a ract  a  fine  of  Three
                          thousand (3,000) naira only. If the figh ng is with
                          a  fellow  member,  both  shall  pay  a  fine  of  five
                          thousand (5,000) naira before the case heard and
                          resolved.
                  j.      Any one found guilty of gossiping and spreading
                          false and malicious rumors, evil reports shall pay
                          a fine of five thousand (5,000) naira.
                  k.      Disobedience  to,  and  neglect  of,  cons tuted
                          authority  with  respect  to  the  proscrip on  of
                          outside women organiza ons (SADON, SWC etc.)
                          such Woman, Region, Group and Union shall be
                          iden fied and stripped off her execu ve post in
                          the  Central  Execu ve  Board,  Groups  Unions,
                          Regions, and Synagogue leadership. She shall go
                          on suspension with a fine as it is in Ar cle 10. 3.a.
                  l.      Any member found guilty of bearing grudges or
                          malice against another shall pay a fine of Two
                          thousand {2,000} naira.


           ARTICLE 11.

           11. 1. LIMITATIONS OF POWERS OTHER THAN THE PRESIDENT.
           a.     Any officer of this Associa on holds her office on the
                  strength  of  the  Bye-Law  and  acts  as  an  agent  of  the
                  Associa on in respect of ma er(s) assigned to her so
                  long  as  the  said  ma er(s)  are  consistent  with  the
                  provisions of this Bye-Law.
