“A typical workday for me involves
moving multiple different projects
forward. These projects can be as
small as one department needing a
new technology solution, or as large
as rolling out applications to all users
in the division.”
Many departments work in a
constant state of change, with

different, and even leading the
charge in many cases. This makes for
Trevor and his team are always
a challenging work landscape, but
through collaboration and teamwork,
finding ways to navigate.
“Working in a manufacturing
company, there is never a shortage of
new projects to work on. The people
are what really make it all interesting,
with such skilled IT folks makes every
day exciting.”
IT’s constantly evolving nature also
breeds new ways of thinking and
approaching tasks, a factor that keeps
Trevor’s focus on innovation and
improving existing systems at the
company. This helps him make a

consistent, observable difference
at Americas Shared Services.
“I am constantly innovating and
striving for the next best way we
can use technology to improve the
business. For example, the technical
problem at a university. They had a
support team came to us with a
lock issue that would have required
the customer to potentially send
back thousands of locks to be
reprogrammed. We were able to find
a solution for them to do the work in
the field, saving time and money in
the process.”
Trevor is not only a coach and mentor
in the office, but on the turf as well,
where he is an offensive coordinator
for Bullard Haven Tech and Kolbe
Cathedral’s co-op high school
football team in Bridgeport, CT.
