Generic Name: Diazepam
Brand names: Antenex, Valpam, Valium, APO-diazepam
Side effects/precautions:
Drowsiness, muscle weakness, clumsiness or unsteadiness, feeling sick, dizzy.
Confusion, lack of concentration, feeling depressed, headache, hangover feeling in the morning,
problems speaking such as slurred speech, mild skin rash.
PRECAUTIONS: diminished tolerance to alcohol and CNS depresssants, will become tolerant to the
drug with prolonged use.
Interactions:
Buprenorphine, Flupentixol decanoate, risperidone, olanzapine
