               Side effects/precautions:
               Loss of body and scalp hair, loss of appetite, myopathy, vascular damage with large dose,
               gastrointestinal, nausea, vomiting, abdominal pain, diarrhoea.

               Interactions:
               Cyclosporine, CYP3A4 inhibitors, Clarithromycin, Erythromycin, Acidifying and alkalinising agents,
               CNS depressants, alcohol, NSAIDs, Antineoplastic agents, Vitamin B12.

               Reasons for interactions:
               CYP2C9, 1A2, 3A4 inhibitors, inducers
