ABOUT

             THE FOUNDATION

Thousands of teens tragically die and hundreds of thousands
are critically injured each year in car crashes. The DCH Auto
Group Charitable Foundation is working to change that.

              ABOUT US

The DCH Auto Group Charitable Foundation is a 501 (c)(3) non-profit charitable or-
ganization with a main focus of reducing the number of deaths and injuries resulting
from teen related auto crashes by promoting safe driving through greater awareness,
education, and advocacy directed to teens and their parents.

The Foundation’s approach is to educate teens about smart decisions and safe
driving and provide parents with the tools they need to set the standards with their
             teenage drivers.

By empowering teens to become part of the solution, The DCH Auto Group Charita-
ble Foundation takes a positive approach, making smart driving socially acceptable
among teens themselves. Our goal is to affect behavior change that will create a
             social norm.

Through the Foundation’s involvement with organizations such as Students Against
Destructive Decisions (SADD), the National Organizations for Youth Safety (NOYS),
and the National Safety Council, DCH works with students to raise awareness among
their peers about the need to make smart driving decisions.

              OUR HISTORY

In 2008 DCH Auto Group made a decision to focus its
community involvement and charitable giving to support
the cause of teen safe driving.

What began as the “Mindless Driving. Keep it out of Cars”
program, and then the DCH Teen Safe Driving program,
evolved into the DCH Auto Group Charitable Founda-
tion. The Foundation was formed in 2012 to take DCH’s
advocacy to a new level and further our message that
distracted driving, especially among new and young driv-
ers, is dangerous and potentially deadly.
