What is your current responsibility and where are you situated in the organization? To whom do you report and
who reports to you?
• Team includes staff members covering planning, purchasing, contracts, inventory control, warehousing, and
advanced programs. Accountable for integrating Supply Chain objectives with Sales, Operations,
Engineering, and Design to achieve optimum ROI and cash flow. Responsible for implementing process
improvements, safety enhancements, inventory control, cost reduction, demand management planning and
forecasting, to advance company objectives. Scope of role also includes order and inventory policies that
ensure optimum build rates and on-time delivery for all material associated with aircraft completions of
G650, G550, and G450 models, post contract award management and ensuring strategic supplier
relationships align with corporate goals.
• I am situated in the Completions organization, within the Operations team. I report directly to the Vice
President of Supply Chain. Currently, I have two Senior Managers and a Continuous Improvement Expert
that report directly to me. Each Senior Manager has multiple employees/teams that report directly to each
of them.
How deep is your Supply Chain experience? Have you functioned as the lead supply chain officer in a division or a
company? If so, what functions were your responsibilities? Have you ever created a supply chain process?
Possessing almost 20 years of Supply Chain experience, I have expertise across multiple businesses and
commodities. I have been a Director of Supply Chain at both Cessna Aircraft and Gulfstream Aerospace. While at
Gulfstream, I completely transformed the Completions supply chain to be a very structured environment that is
Commodity Team driven. Responsibilities at Cessna and Gulfstream have included Buying, Requirements Planning,
Bill of Material (BOM) Planning, Contracting, Warehousing, Logistics, and Shop Floor Support. Advanced Aircraft
