Interior/Exterior Designers that handled an average of 375 aircraft deliveries per year, fully 70
percent of all company annual deliveries.
• Established and executed the delivery schedule for 7 different types of business aircraft.
• Conducted briefings for Senior Leadership on Customer Satisfaction, Product Quality and
Forecasted Deliveries.
• Served as the focal point for coordination between Operations, Sales, Contracts, Customers, and
Modification facilities.
• Developed and implemented a “First Handshake to Delivery” program which managed all aspects
of customer relations, aircraft specification, factory visits, and delivery activities.
• Resolved problems which arose during production and delivery of aircraft.
• Worked directly with a Domestic and International Sales Staff to ensure smooth handling of
customer visits and delivery activities.
• Met with customers to discuss their delivery and establish itinerary.
• Established and controlled direct and indirect budgets for labor and supplies totaling $3.5 million
annually.
• Managed Raytheon Aircraft Company FAA Part 145 Repair Station; recipient of the FAA Diamond
Award for 2003, 2004, 2005, and 2006.
