What is your current responsibility and where are you situated in the organization? To whom do you report and
who reports to you?

I am currently the President of my own company, Zinda Works, LLC. It is a family owned company. We provide
aviation consulting services as part of a broader family business. I report to my clients.

This business was established in March 2016 and began full operations in June 2016.

How deep is your Supply Chain experience? Have you functioned as the lead supply chain officer in a division or a
company? If so, what functions were your responsibilities? Have you ever created a supply chain process?

I have a substantial knowledge of Supply Chain processes. In my last position with Quest Aircraft Company, I was
part of the acquisition group that restarted operations after the purchase of the company when it went into
bankruptcy. Myself and one other associate were responsible for standing up the operations of this closed
company. We had to review each and every process and create processes to move the company forward.

Describe your logistics experience.

As a member of the United States Air Force, I was part of the logistics group for the largest air refueling tanker wing.
In my role as the Aircraft Maintenance Superintendent, I was responsible for all facets of preparing our
group/squadron for deployments on a worldwide basis.

Describe your procurement and vendor management experience.

In my roles at Honda Aircraft Company and Quest Aircraft Company I worked directly with suppliers. At Honda, I
was part of the R&D team that placed requirements for first of type parts and systems. While at Quest, myself and
my associate were responsible for organizing the Supply Chain and negotiating Long Term Agreements with major
suppliers. I stay in contact today with these major suppliers.
