Describe your quality assurance experience.

Currently I have dotted line responsibility for the Completions Quality Team at Gulfstream. When I started, the
organization only had one Quality Engineer. I was able to solicit support to hire approximately 7 more Quality
Engineers plus a Quality Manager. We updated the Quality system process to establish a supplier Risk Management
and Improvement system based on standardized metrics and reporting on supplier’s performance. Additionally, the
team established comprehensive supplier Root Cause and Corrective Action tools to drive continued improved
performance. Each of the Quality Engineers is either ASQ certified or working to complete their certification to
ensure a baseline of education.

I enjoy adventure motorcycle riding as a way to relax and enjoy time outdoors. Professionally, continuing
education and team member development are passions of mine. I also enjoy mentoring complex projects to
successful conclusions that benefit the employee, team, and support the business’s mission.

I do not appreciate team members or leaders who take credit for others work in a collaborative environment.

What are your long-term goals and ambitions and why do you think you would fit within this company?

To continue working in a role that provides value to the business, develops team members, and is professionally
challenging. I have worked in multiple businesses within aviation, as well as had many roles in different
organizations (Finance, IT, Supply Chain). My ability to be flexible, adaptable and dependable has been key to my
continued success.
