Service Encounters at Food and Beverage Outlets During Malaysia's Movement Control Order (Mco)
Most of them has successfully satisfying the customer even during MCO; by considering a few actions that should
be taken to meet customers’ needs and wants. MCO has contributed to increased demands for delivery, most food
and beverage suppliers continue to find innovative approaches to satisfy these urgent needs. They found during
peak hours that due to shortage of manpower Grab Food will no longer meet all orders and shrank the delivery
radius because Grab Food has several merchants and it must distribute the manpower equally.
So, to conduct further transactions, several of the operators associate with other delivery services including
Lalamove, Goget and Mr Speedy. Despite that, most food and beverage outlets have their own take-away service
where customer can order in advance, and then stop by until they are finished. To eliminate waiting time in
restaurants, consumers may order via the website and schedule the time to pick up the items, or choose either
they want it to be delivered to them; thus the operators can coordinate it with their suppliers afterwards.

previously. And of course, they can have it whenever they want.
