Introduction
Sport includes all forms of competitive physical activity or games which through casual or organized
participate n, aim to use, maintain or improve physical ability and skills while providing enjoyment to
participants, and in some cases, entertainment for spectators. Hundreds of sports exist, from those
between single contestants, through to those with hundreds of simultaneous participants, either in
teams or competing as individuals. In certain sports such as may compete, simultaneously or
consecutively, with one winner; in others, the contest (a match) is between two sides, each attempting
to exceed the other. Sport is generally recognized as system of activities which are based in physical
athleticism or physical dexterity, with the largest major competitions such as the Olympic Games
admitting only sports meeting this definition. The singular term "sport" is used in most English dialects
to describe the overall concept (e.g. "children taking part in sport"), with "sports" used to describe
multiple activities (e.g. "sepak takraw and football are the most popular sports in Malaysia"). Sports
also have a healthy physical and mental body, a body of internal and external bodies, as well as to
nurture the sports of the group. It is very good to make activities besides nurturing sports and
teamwork, regardless of race and religion. For this project, Sepak Takraw has been chosen. Sepak
Takraw or Sepaktakraw is a game between two teams or squad, consisting of three players for every
squad. Have a mesh separating between both the squad and are played on a similar -sized
rink like badminton courts. The Sepak Takraw was originally made of rattan and has now been replaced
by the use of artificial balls. It is also a toy of sepak takraw ball in the circle by foot or head and has
been played since the Sultanate of Malacca. "Sepak" is the Malay word for kick and "takraw" is the Thai
word for a woven rattan ball; therefore, sepak takraw quite literally means "to kick a ball". One of the
traditional games in Malaysia is Sepak Takraw. We chose Sepak Takraw because
it was one of the likes that requires group cooperation to win the coupling. With the spirit of joy and
cooperation that exist can help and cultivate the spirit of various people and religions.
Tekong is a player in the central area near the beginning of the football circle, acting on a s tart-up or
servicing and controlling the middle and back of the field. The right Belanda-is the player on the right
side of the Tekong, acting in control of the right and front side of the field. Belanda left-is the player on
the left side of the Tekong, acting in control of the left and front side of the field. The senior Belanda
and their left Belanda can act as a ball-to-do football to do a start or service, do
Libasan (Rejaman), to bait the ball and make its opposition. This depends on the circumstances of the
game and their skills.
