    Exercise Description Target\u000A  Standing tall clasping the hands behind the back pull shoulders down and away from the ears , forward bend\u000AStanding tall clasp your hands behind your back interlock your fingers and pull your shoulder blades down and away from your ears.\u000AMaintain this position while you do a forward bend at the waist. Let the hands fall down hang down - relax and uncurl to standing again\u000AShoulders and hamstrings\u000ABGS\u000AMy signature stretch - a big stretch reaching up as high as you can - right up out of those hips bend the elbows and sink down to the ground- grab all that positive energy and reach up once more.\u000AFull body stretch and huge inhale and outhale\u000A
