life more enjoyable and full of unforeseen
opportunities but it also helps develop confidence and
high self-esteem and puts an end to loneliness and
isolation.
Surely, it’s better to convince everyone that talking
to the right strangers can not only make their lives
safer, healthier, and more fun, it’s pretty much the only
guaranteed way to meet new people.
It is human nature that people like people like
themselves: that birds of a feather flock together. We
enjoy the company of people who share a common
world-view, look the same, enjoy the same activities,
and speak the same language as ourselves. We join
clubs to be with others like us and we enjoy working
with them when we play by their rules.
