Improving Our Quality
• Always work inline with the requirements of your Certified
Entities QMS.
• If you work for multiple Certified Entities – Work in
conjunction with the Certified Entities QMS for whom you
are providing the service too.
• Know where the QMS can be found and what elements are
relevant to you.
• Don’t assume that you know the requirements of the
Quality Management System.
• Do what the instructions tell you to do – nothing else!
• Only work within the scope of your approvals.
• Contact the Process Owner or the QS Manager if you see
an opportunity for improvement
• If you are unsure, stop and ask.
• Take your time and do it right.
• If you see, or do, something wrong, tell someone.
