In table 2, the value is collected through asking questions about the use of
Blackboard its usefulness, and the value of e-learning education 42.5% gave value 5,
and for e-learning education, 40% of the population is agreed for e-learning education
in future use. The highest value is clear evidence in front of us that most of the
population is in favor of e-learning education. This analysis can be seen in graphic form
through the following figure 3.
