under the background information of the teachers and students who ask about their
departments. These questions cover the area of research within the boundaries that
is the use of the blackboard and educational technologies to improve learning and find
out how much these tools have advantages or disadvantages. This section includes a
description of the population in which the sample was selected, in addition, it covers
a description of the questionnaire and the analysis of the questionnaire. After the data
was collected, it was analyzed descriptively.
Findings & Discussions
The findings are described as regarding the teachers and student’s personal
experience of using Blackboard as a tool for e-learning education.
Population
The papulation of the present study includes 19 (47%) teachers of Al Ardha
College of Jazan University, and 21(53%) students of Al Ardha College of Jazan
University. The aspect of the questionnaire is relevant to this study which was related
to the use of Blackboard, the effectiveness of e-learning tools, the use of e-learning
education, importance and value of e-learning education in the present scenario,
benefits for the students, and how much attendees are present at the time of
participation etc.

Figure 1. As it is noticed that the highest level of participants 53% are students
and 47% are that of teachers. The population is involved in Blackboard teaching
learning process belong to English department, Physics department and general
subjects. The ratio of students tells us how much they are ready to take part in e-
learning education.
Towards the question of do teachers encourage students to participate in
blackboard activities, 92.5% of the population is agree which explain that not only the
