E-learning courses as well as quality program method enables the growth of
learning methods that provide regular assessment tests. Assessment includes a brief
examination of the student's acquired knowledge based on the covered topics. The
proper assessment allows the evaluation of the students' knowledge. Therefore,
assessing will help in the gradual development of students' learning skills. Since e-
learning is a computerbased platform, the candidates can sit for the assessment test
as per their choice. It even facilitates the better learning scope for the students where
the questions of the assessment are drafted commonly. According to Bawa (2016),
blind as well as deaf students can develop their learning skills through effective
methods of e-learning. Assessment will also provide a chance to the special learner's
