What s CLI’s DISC Professional Styles Profile ?
DISC is an acronym for Dominance, Influence, Steadiness and Conscientiousness
and consists in an assessment tool that measures personality and behavioral style and is
used by people every year worldwide in organizations of all sizes and types to improve
work productivity and relationships, teamwork, leadership development, management
training, conflict management, sales training, customer service and communication. It
does not evaluate aptitude, intelligence, mental health or values, neither guarantees job
success.
