Purpose

differentiates you from other real estate agents.
Whether you are just starting your real estate career, or you are new to the company, having
a clear path to introduce you to the tools and systems offered by our company is essential in
your success. This guide will provide you with weekly activities that will help you build your
business in the shortest amount of time.
Weekly meetings with your accountability coach will ensure that you stay on track while
gaining the knowledge and skills necessary for a long and prosperous real estate career.
Plan Objectives
As a result of completing this 60 Day Success Plan, new licensees and agents new to the
company will open two (2) units of business, in order to kick start your career and build
confidence as you establish yourself as a trusted real estate professional.
Definition of a unit of business.
A unit of business is defined as a:
Listing taken
Listing sold
Buyer-controlled sale
Any combination of these units of business will meet the objectives of this program.
