Complete all required new licensee meetings and training required by your local and
state association.
Complete company specific onboarding meetings and orientation training.
Review and become familiar with all forms and processes provided by your company to
conduct real estate business.
Order and obtain name badge, business cards and blank note cards.

Login to REsource Center and become familiar with navigating the various sections,
tools and resources.
LearnCenter Pre-work Training: Enroll and complete the following:
Complete the Quick Start Essentials (QSE) Four Step Business Plan (Quick Start Essentials tab)
or enroll and complete New Licensee Business Planning webinar scheduled monthly.
REsource Center and LearnCenter REsource Overview (webinar, recorded session
or participant guide).
Lead REsource – Contacts and Contract Manager (webinar, recorded session or
participant guide).
Marketing REsource 1: Getting Started (webinar, recorded session or participant guide).
Lead REsource CRM Assignments:
Personal Profile:
o General Tab: Verify all information is correct. Create your Signature, enter
your SMS cell phone number and select your carrier. Update and Save your
Personal and SMS information.
o Photos/Logo Tab: Upload a current professional picture.
o Calendar Tab: Select your time zone and click Save.
