Week One

Agent – Week One Activities:
1. At the beginning of the new week, meet with your accountability coach for weekly
coaching and guidance, and to review your activities and progress from the previous week.
Focus this week is your Sphere of Influence; building out your database in Lead
REsource CRM and making contact.
Review your printed “My Transcript” from LearnCenter REsource and review
training complete and incomplete.
Discuss questions for using Lead REsource and Marketing REsource and your
progress using the systems.
Download and review the Weekly Activity Tracker form and expectations for
weekly reporting.
2. LearnCenter REsource: Enroll and complete the following training.
Marketing REsource 2: Multimedia Marketing (webinar or recorded session).
Quick Start Essentials (QSE) Selling By Style (webinar or recorded session).
Quick Start Essentials (QSE) Developing Sales Skills (self-study guide).
Grow Your Business Through Referrals (online web-based training).
3. Scripts: Practice the Sphere of Influence (SOI) scripts #1 and #2 provided in this guide.
4. Prospect:
Complete a minimum of 10 calls daily from your database using the sample SOI
scripts (10 X 5 = 50 calls weekly) and ask for referrals.
Schedule all follow up activities in Lead REsource CRM Calendar.
Send 10 hand written notes weekly to selected contacts. (2 per day X 5 days)
Place any outbound referrals with your company’s referral/relocation director.
