Contacts:
o Ask your accountability coach to demonstrate the process for adding and
importing contacts (if needed).
o Create “Groups” in Lead REsource for effective database management.
o Discuss with your accountability coach your company’s policy on
“registering” Contacts to your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices company
branded website.
o Manually add yourself as a Contact and register yourself for a website
account on your company’s Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchisee
branded website. (Registration is complete when you verify your account
through the email sent to you.)
o Access your Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices franchisee branded website
account (www.berkshirehathawayhs.com) and login. Save two properties and
one Search.
o Go to Contacts, click on your name and view the saved properties the saved
search in the Properties tab. As an agent, create a new property search
using your name as a practice Client and save.

o Verify all information is correct
o Set correct time zone
o Set up and link your social media accounts
o Verify that Lead REsource contacts are properly migrating into Marketing
