Chairman’s Newsletters
The Chairman of the EC writes a newsletter prior to each concert series, and this is emailed out to
the database of interested supporters and players. A photocopy is posted to around 50 supporters
still remaining on the postal distribution list.
The newsletter always includes concert details and a description of the repertoire. It
includes invitations to become a General Supporter and often provides extra background
information.
Correspondence
The account ayo@ayo.org.nz is managed by the Secretary for all external and official
correspondence.
