I HAVE GLORIFIED THEE ON THE EARTH

What does it mean to glorify God? It

means to reveal His character.

Christ says, Father, I have glorified You. “I

always do those things that please Him.” “I

have kept My Father’s commandments and

abide in His love.” John 8:29; 15:10.

You see Child of God, the life of Christ was a

perfect revelation of the glory, the character

of God, precisely because His life was a life of

perfect obedience to the law of God, which is

the transcript of His character. {COL 305.3}.
