          Workforce Development Committee: Our new ad hoc committee   Happy Holidays!
        had their first in-person meeting at the Embassy Suites, Saratoga
        Springs, on September 15th. The committee was created as a result of
        the Strategic Retreat held last year. Prior to the retreat, members had
        expressed they are experiencing an increase in demand for services but   Amber Carpenter

        retreat was creating pathways to surveying. The Workforce committee
        was officially appointed earlier this year and has been assigned several
