[ NYSAPLS Board of Directors Meeting • March 17, 2023

Meeting called to order at 7:40 p.m. by President Roy Garfinkel I. Consent Calendar
Minutes of last Board of Directors meeting, Financial Reports, and
Present: Committee Reports/Minutes were included in the handouts distributed
prior to the meeting and are typically all moved under a Consent Calendar
Association Officers: format. Motion to accept the Consent Calendar was made by John Abruzzo,
President Roy Garfinkel seconded by David Bardoun, all in favor, none opposed, motion carried.

Mid-Hudson Nicole Kalicicki donation. It was suggested that regionals try to contribute $500 each.
Mohawk Valley Jeff Moore Directors were asked to go back to their regionals and come to the next
Nassau Suffolk Absent BoD meeting with a pledge.
Niagara Frontier Brian Skalman • Roy introduced Jeff Moore, new Director from Mohawk Valley regional.
Northern Robert Marvin, Jr. Roy discussed the New Director Orientation Program which includes a
Southern Finger Lakes Absent 17 minute video, and requested that all new Directors watch the video.
Southern Tier Absent • Roy presented his choices for committee members and chairs for
