10:15am – 11:00am .............................................. Presentation on Types of Spa Treatments (Briar)
A representative from Turning Stone’s Spa will
review the treatments they offer and provide a
description of the various techniques used in order
to personalize their blend of signature services and
meet each individual’s needs.

11:00am – 12:00pm .............................................. QuickBooks Lesson presented by Pat Stone (Cedar)
Learn the basics of QuickBooks or brush up on your current skills.
Best practices and basic reporting to help your business will be
covered. The Auxiliary lounge (Briar Room) will also be open and
host a variety of games.

12:00pm – 2:00pm ................................................ Lunch in Exhibit Hall or Awards Luncheon
2:00pm – 3:00pm .................................................. QuickBooks Lesson Cont’d presented by Pat Stone (Cedar)
A continuation of the morning’s lesson. The Auxiliary lounge (Briar
Room) will also be open and host a variety of games.
3:00pm – 5:00pm .................................................. “Craft & Sip” Card Making with
Nancy Opperman (Briar)
Let’s get crafty! Join us for creative card making.
Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
6:15pm – 8:45pm .................................................. Welcome Reception in Exhibit Hall

Thursday, January 19

(Individually scheduled spa treatments will take place throughout the day.)
9:30am – 12:00pm ................................................ “Bubbles, Baubles & Brunch” Fashion Show (Briar)
You won’t want to miss the fun while your Auxiliary friends model
some of the gorgeous styles and “baubles” from the Turning Stone
shops. We’ll provide the “bubbles” (mimosas of course!) and some
tasty treats.

12:00pm – 2:00pm ................................................ Lunch in the Exhibit Hall
2:00pm – 5:00pm .................................................. Afternoon of Games Hosted by Elaine & Arlene (Briar)
Come relax with your friends and join us for more games and
laughter. Snacks and refreshments will be provided.
7:00pm – 10:00pm ................................................ The Surveyors Social & Officer Celebration Dinner* (Oneida)

Friday, January 20

and relaxation before you depart.
