Audits - An Update

Cranbrook Care has been a hive of activity over the past
few months. We have had a number of new staff start who
bring with them a wealth of experience and knowledge.
These new team members will be able to support, coach
and mentor our teams as we continue to evaluate and
consolidate our services to meet the ever changing needs of
our residents.
An Independent Review of the National Aged Care Quality
Regulatory Processes has recently been undertaken and key
changes have been made to the industry's accreditation
process. The Review made ten recommendations to
