           The improvement of care processes and the creation
           of continuous improvement projects has been a
           major feature throughout my career. The intention of
           this role as Clinical Compliance & Education Manager
           is to work together to enhance individual residents'
           lives and to ensure people live a valued quality of
           life. A structured plan to monitor processes, identify
           areas to improve and collaborate with the relevant
           experts is the framework that will drive improvement
           in services.
