Recognising Our Staff

During the year we award staff with our
monthly Standing Ovation Award and $150
in recognition of living the Cranbrook Care
Values.

team. We have all noticed her caring
nature and her willingness to always lend
a hand.
My name is Collette Pasfield and I have been
working at Cranbrook Care since June 2021 in the
Clinical Compliance & Education Manager role. Alexandra Parkinson

I commenced nursing straight from school and have of our Standing Ovation award for all the
never looked back! I have now worked over half of hard work that she does. Alexandra is
my career in Aged Care and am very passionate always willing to help out and take on

I never thought I would be an Aged Care nurse, but
here I am 16 years later and loving it. I have a
passion for passing on knowledge to our future
nurses and helping move into the future of Aged
Care.

My goal is ensuring that Cranbrook Care provides
the highest quality service to our residents while
meeting our compliance requirements and ensuring
that our staff have the skills, knowledge and
resources they need to do this well.

I am looking forward to getting to know each of our
residences, the staff, and the residents so I can
understand what is required and develop tools and
resources to assist our staff in reaching our goals.
