           Meet a Resident

           Christine Manning

Christine was born in Melbourne and moved
primary school in regional NSW in Orange. In
the early 50’s, the family moved to Lugarno and
Christine attended St George Girls High School
at Kogarah. After Christine left High School,
she attended Technical College and studied
            Medical Technology and went into
            Microbiology.

Christine married and had two children.
Christine has several grandchildren and enjoys
spending time with them. Her husband passed
away on New Year’s Eve several years ago.

Christine enjoys playing golf, walking, fishing,
embroidery and gardening. She also loves going
to the opera and musicals. Christine is a
member of the Drummoyne Choir and is an
avid singer. Christine has a passion for travelling
reading books and enjoys having a subscription
            to Audible.

Her favourite place to be is by the water and
she loves Bayswater Gardens because the staff
have a bubbly personality, and she enjoys the
            many events she attends.
