7 COLOURS OF CRANBROOK, WINTER 2019
Lansdowne Gardens
We are excited about a new development that we are currently
investigating. An opportunity has come up for us to expand our
residence at Wycombe Road, which would involve us building
a new residence from 54-58 Wycombe Road linking into our
existing residence at 58A Wycombe Road.
We are in the process of designing the residence with the intention
of submitting a Development Application (DA) with Council within the
next three months. Should the DA be successful, we would expect to
be commencing construction in the first half of 2021 with completion
in the second half of 2023. We intend to have Lansdowne Gardens
on Wycombe remain fully operational throughout this period, and all
measures will be taken to ensure the impact on residents is minimal.
Cranbrook Residences
Our residents are very excited about Cranbrook Residences being
named Australia’s Best Retirement Living Development in Australia
after winning the Property Council of Australia Innovation & Excellence
Award 2019. Over the past 6 weeks Francis Nicholls our Residential
Sales Manager has taken quite a few deposits for two bedroom plus
study apartments and three bedroom apartments. With the election
now over, lower interest rates and the Northwest Metro up and
running, property in and around The Hills area is certainly attracting
more interest and attention than this time last year. We now only have
a few one, two plus study and three bedroom apartments left for sale.
In May Cranbrook Residences hosted the NSW Porsche Club for a Cars
& Coffee event. The event was a huge success with over 120 car lovers
in attendance and an increased awareness of the amazing boutique
retirement lifestyle on offer at Cranbrook Residences.
