Memory Walk

for Dementia Australia

Thank you everyone that joined

Team Cranbrook at the Dementia
Australia Memory Walk & Jog.

What fun we had! The bay was glistening and the sun shining for
the 7.5km walk, raising money for Dementia Australia. Some were
so eager that they ran the 7.5km. Our bright blue team t-shirts
stood out.

All funds raised increase Dementia Australia's ability to provide vital
support services, such as counselling, support groups, education
to help family carers and professional training across NSW. These
services reduce feelings of isolation and empower people living with
dementia and those caring for them.
