SOLUTIONS
Cotton Groves is an affordable housing community built entirely with re-purposed
shipping containers in McKinney, Texas. The development is a collaborative effort led
by Habitat for Humanity of Collin County, the City of McKinney, its Community
Development Corporation (MCDC), and a host of other public / private organizations.
Habitat is transforming a 2.75-acre strip into a 35-unit, affordable housing townhome
community. We are still working on getting all 35 townhomes sponsored, so if you or
your organization is interested, please reach out to our team.
