Aunt Darlene’s Cinnamon Rolls






               Combine 1/2 cup sugar, 1 pkg dry yeast, add 1/2 cup lukewarm water and stir to dis-
               solve. Let set 5 min. and blend together 1 beaten egg, 1cup warm milk, 1/4 cup melted
               butter & 3/4 tsp. salt. add to yeast mixture then add flour 1 cup at a time til blended.
               Total 4 cups flour. Knead to form soft ball and let rise in warm spot 2 hrs. then roll out
               cover with butter, brown sugar and cinnamon. Let rise again 1 hr., bake 325 for 25 min.
               Drizzle with 10x glaze.
