               Here’s what’s not working anymore (or at least, not nearly as well as it used to):


                   -  Evergreen courses that teach what AI can now summarize
                   -  Funnels that rely on 14-step email sequences to convert someone who already
                       made up their mind 3 days ago
                   -  Challenges that overwhelm more than they activate
                   -  High-ticket group programs that feel detached, bloated, or generic
                   -  Complex, automation-heavy backends that worked great when acquisition was
                       cheap, but now just drain energy and cash


               These models were built in an era when:

                   -  Attention was easier to hold
                   -  Buyer psychology was more patient
                   -  Trust wasn’t in short supply
                   -  And we hadn’t hit peak content fatigue


               But that era is gone.

               You’re not crazy for feeling like “it shouldn’t be this hard.”


               It’s not your work.
               It’s not your value.
